To Sauce or Not to Sauce

Thursday evening before my flight out, and I meet Richmond for a quick dinner at Saus.

 Burger...kinda frik - eh. okay. Dry.

Mini chicken and waffles - pretty good. I didn't get the pickles on the side. And I would have liked a syrup or something instead of the sauce it came with. The chicken was good and crispy. The waffle was really mini but also yummy and dense.

 Fries - these were quite good and crispy.

I always want to like Saus more than I actually do. I love the concept. But not really the execution.
